TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. An accommodation/hospitality contract is entered into as soon as an order is confirmed or a requested service provided.

2. If the customer is a full merchant, he assumes full liability for all contractual obligations entered into by himself and any guests/participants he has registered.

3. Reserved hotel rooms are available to guests from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If no late arrival time has been agreed, rooms will be held until 6.00 p.m., after which they can be otherwise allocated.

4. If a guest changes or cancels a booking, the hotel reserves the right to claim payment for the services originally ordered, based on the time of change/cancellation and which additional services, especially catering, were included in the original order. The hotel has the right to demand commensurate reimbursement. The customer reserves the right to provide evidence that the damages actually incurred by the hotel are lower than the sum demanded.

5. For reservations made for groups of 15 persons or more, or made for function or conference rooms, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to 42 days beforehand 30%
up to 28 days beforehand 40%
up to 14 days beforehand 60%
up to 7 days beforehand 70%.

For cancellations 6 days beforehand or less, for non-attendance or for premature departure, 80% of the agreed package price will be charged (= total package as ordered/confirmed, including all extras). Variations up to 5% remain unaffected.

6. Invoices issued upon departure or at the end of a function are payable with immediate effect, taking into account any deposits made. An invoice issued after departure is payable in full and without deduction within 10 days of the invoice date. Credit cards are only accepted for payment of sums not involving commission or special rates.
